MICRONEEDLE RADIOFREQUENCY LIFTING IN CONTEMPORARY AESTHETIC DERMATOLOGY: PATHOGENETIC RATIONALE AND MORPHOLOGICAL EFFECTS

This paper presents the scientific rationale for the use of microneedle
radiofrequency (RF) lifting in dermatocosmetology. The physical principles of the method,
which enable deep restructuring of the dermal matrix through controlled thermal exposure
and stimulation of neocollagenesis, are examined. The efficacy of the method is demonstrated
both as a standalone approach for correcting age-related skin changes and as part of
combined synergistic protocols. Instrumental verification data of the morphological effects
are presented, including increases in dermal thickness and acoustic density. The findings
support the high therapeutic value and safety of the method for patients with various aging
morphotypes, positioning microneedle RF-lifting as a tool of precision evidence-based
medicine in anti-aging correction.

DYNAMICS OF LABOR MIGRATION POLICY IN UZBEKISTAN AND MEDIA FRAMING OF PUBLIC AWARENESS

This thesis examines the dynamics of labor migration policy in Uzbekistan and
the growing importance of media participation in shaping public awareness about migration
processes. The study analyzes demographic, economic, social, and institutional factors
influencing labor migration, alongside reforms implemented between 2018 and 2025.
Particular attention is paid to the role of mass media in constructing migration-related
narratives, stereotypes, and public perceptions. Using content analysis of Uzbek and foreign
media sources, the research identifies the dominance of informational coverage over analytical
and human-centered journalism. The findings demonstrate that media framing significantly
influences attitudes toward labor migrants and affects the effectiveness of migration governance.
The paper argues for the development of rights-based, analytical, and empathetic media
approaches in migration reporting. It concludes that improving public communication
strategies and strengthening cooperation between media institutions and migration agencies
are essential for sustainable migration policy development in Uzbekistan.

Оценка почечной гемодинамики является одним из ключевых этапов обследования потенциальных доноров почки. Традиционно для определения функционального состояния почек применяется радионуклидная нефросцинтиграфия с расчетом эффективного почечного плазмотока (ERPF), отражающего объем плазмы крови, проходящий через функционирующие нефроны за единицу времени. Развитие объемной перфузионной компьютерной томографии (ОПКТ) позволяет количественно оценивать почечную перфузию посредством определения артериального кровотока (Arterial Flow, AF), характеризующего объем крови, поступающей в ткань почки в единицу времени.
