Abstract

In order to create an effective competitive environment by gradually reducing
monopolies in the commodity and financial markets, measures are being taken to reduce
state participation in the economy, prevent excessive price regulation and reduce the state's
influence on the economy. At the same time, we are faced with urgent tasks to further
reduce the negative impact of the state monopoly on the competitiveness of the economy,
improve the efficiency of the system of benefits and preferences, and reduce the regulatory
burden on business.
