The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Restriction of Monopolistic Activities and Competitiveness in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is based on international analogies. Administration is a relatively important factor that hinders the smooth implementation of the law. In accordance with the current legislation, for the accession of a legal entity, it is prohibited to engage in the economic activities of the accredited entity. In practice, however, established accolades are a continuation of the traditional task of finding, and at present, the distribution of raw materials, capitalized investments, and other tasks is often a source of frustration for the competitive environment. Their implementation is a serious problem, as it limits the ability of small businesses to access raw materials and foreign exchange.
