LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF A TRANSACTION CONCLUDED FOR A PURPOSE DELIBERATELY CONTRARY TO THE FOUNDATIONS OF LAW AND ORDER

Abstract

in this thesis , the legal consequences of a transaction concluded for a purpose
contrary to law enforcement grounds are scientifically-theoretically investigated. Also, opinions
were expressed by the author, paying special attention to the issues of scientific opinions of
scientists from the CIS on this studied issue, the legal consequences of a transaction
concluded for a purpose deliberately contrary to the law enforcement grounds.
