WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PERSONNEL TRAINING SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the main pillars of the economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan,
and its modernization requires the training of qualified and innovative-thinking personnel.
In recent years, the widespread introduction of digital technologies, smart irrigation
systems, biotechnologies, and modern management methods has required a new approach
to the personnel training system. Innovation is a process aimed at introducing new ideas,
implementing scientific and technological achievements into practice, and increasing
production efficiency.
