Abstract

This thesis, together with the achievements and milestones we achieve in living
a peaceful and peaceful life, the increasing number of crimes related to the illegal circulation
of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances that threaten our safety today, the various
events happening in the world today, urge each of us to be more vigilant with drugs. is
dedicated to eliminating some shortcomings in the judicial investigation practice in the
