Abstract

The renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) plays a key role in the maintenance
and regulation of blood pressure, the development of hypertension (AH) and damage
to target organs, the main regulator of which is plasma renin activity (ARP). Data on the
frequency of renin-dependent and volume-dependent HA vary from population to
population and are practically absent for Uzbekistan.
The purpose of the study: to study the level of plasma renin content in hypertension.
