THE CHALLENGES OF LISTENING COMPREHENSION FOR LEARNERS IN LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES.

Abstract

Listening can be considered one of the important skills that needs to be acquired
in second and foreign language learning. Although listening is a key component in the
process of second language, many language students face listening challenges in terms of
internal and external reasons. In this work, the challenges and reasons of listening
comprehension in SLA will be discussed based on some articles, which dedicated to the
problems and solutions of listening for the second language learners. This work was aimed
at identifying some difficulties related to listening and finding out problem by searching
relevant solutions based on some articles.
