ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE INSTITUTE OF ADVOCACY

Abstract

The article analyzes some aspects of improving the legal profession and is
scientifically based. In this case, the legislation on advocacy is analyzed. Suggestions were
also made to improve the legal framework of the Advocacy.
