INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ENSURING THE PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF PARTICIPANTS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS BY THE STATE

Abstract

In this thesis, it is written about the fact that the participants in the Criminal
Procedure are protected by the state, the state is responsible for ensuring their safety. In
addition, the issues of state protection of the rights and interests of participants in the
procedure, in particular witnesses and victims in foreign countries, are analyzed.
